Skyus Inc. および Bokurano LLC（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリケーション「NetScannerX」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシー保護を重要視しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリで収集する情報、その利用目的、第三者提供の有無、ユーザーの権利について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、Wi-Fiネットワーク診断およびネットワーク分析機能を提供するため、以下の情報を端末内で処理します。

(1) ネットワーク情報（端末内処理のみ）

接続中の Wi-Fi ネットワーク名（SSID）

IP アドレス、MAC アドレス（端末またはネットワーク内で取得されるもの）

ネットワーク上のデバイス情報（デバイス名、IPアドレス、ポート情報など）

プライバシーセパレーターの有効／無効判定用データ

パケット検査によるネットワーク状態データ（危険検知目的のみ）

注意: これらのデータはすべて端末内で処理され、外部に送信されることはありません。

(2) 位置情報（SSID取得のために必要な権限）

近接する Wi-Fi アクセスポイント情報

iOS の仕様により、SSID 取得に位置情報権限が必要です

GPS 精度の高い位置情報（緯度・経度）は取得しません

(3) アプリ利用情報

クラッシュログ

画面遷移や操作履歴など、アプリ利用状況の分析データ

個人を特定できる情報とは紐づけません

(4)広告関連情報

デバイス情報（機種、OSバージョンなど）

広告ID（Advertising ID）

アプリ利用状況

これらの情報は、AdMob広告の配信およびパーソナライズのために使用され、匿名化されます。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用されます。

Wi-Fi ネットワークの安全性診断

プライバシーセパレーター有効状態の判定

ネットワーク上のデバイス検出と安全性評価

アプリ品質向上（クラッシュ解析・機能改善）

ユーザーサポートの提供

広告の配信および最適化

3. 情報の第三者提供

当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供・共有することはありません。

以下の例外を除きます。

法令に基づく場合

犯罪捜査など公的機関からの正当な要求がある場合

ユーザー本人の同意がある場合

広告配信のためにAdMobなどの第三者サービスに情報を提供する場合があります。

個人が特定できる形で情報が提供されることはありません。

4. データの保存・管理

ネットワーク情報は端末内でのみ使用され、当社サーバーへ送信されません

ユーザーがアプリを削除すると、すべてのデータは端末から完全に消去されます

クラッシュログなど分析ツールによるデータは、Apple / Google / 利用している分析サービスの規定に基づき管理されます

5. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、以下の操作を行う権利を有します。

位置情報・ローカルネットワークアクセスの許可・拒否

許可済み権限の変更（iOSの設定画面から可能）

アプリの削除によるデータ消去

個人情報の確認、訂正、削除の請求が可能です。

広告IDのリセットやオプトアウトも可能です（各OS設定から変更可能）。

6. 未成年の利用

本アプリは特定年齢層を対象とせず、個人情報の収集・送信を行わないため、4+相当の利用を想定しています。

本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い改定される場合があります。

Skyus Inc. and Bokurano LLC (hereinafter “we” or “the Company”) highly value the privacy of users of our application “NetScannerX” (hereinafter “the App”). This Privacy Policy explains the information collected by the App, the purposes of its use, third-party disclosures, and users’ rights.

1. Information Collected

The App processes the following information on the device to provide Wi-Fi network diagnostics and network analysis features:

(1) Network Information (processed only on the device)

Connected Wi-Fi network name (SSID)

IP address, MAC address (obtained from the device or network)

Devices on the network (device name, IP address, port information, etc.)

Data for determining the status of privacy separators

Network condition data obtained via packet inspection (for threat detection purposes only)

Note: All of the above data is processed locally on the device and is never sent externally.

(2) Location Information (required for SSID acquisition permission)

Nearby Wi-Fi access point information

Due to iOS specifications, location permission is required to obtain SSID

High-accuracy GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) are not collected

(3) App Usage Information

Crash logs

Screen transitions and operation history for analyzing app usage

This data is not linked to personally identifiable information

(4) Ad-Related Information

Device information (model, OS version, etc.)

Advertising identifiers (Advertising ID)

App usage information

This information is used for AdMob ad delivery and personalization and is anonymized.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

Wi-Fi network safety diagnostics

Determining the status of privacy separators

Detection of devices on the network and safety evaluation

Improving app quality (crash analysis and feature improvement)

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not provide or share users’ personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

When required by law

In response to legitimate requests from public authorities, such as criminal investigations

With the user’s consent

No information that can personally identify users is shared.

4. Data Storage and Management

Network information is used only on the device and is not sent to our servers.

When the user deletes the app, all data is completely removed from the device.

Data collected via crash logs or analytics tools is managed in accordance with the regulations of Apple, Google, and the analytics services used.

5. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

Granting or revoking permissions for location information and local network access

Modifying granted permissions (possible via iOS settings)

Deleting the app to erase all data

Requesting confirmation, correction, or deletion of personal information

Resetting or opting out of the Advertising ID (can be changed in OS settings)

6. Use by Minors

This app is not targeted to a specific age group and does not collect or transmit personal information, so it is suitable for users aged 4+.

7. Updates to the Privacy Policy

This policy may be revised due to changes in laws or service content.
